Settled concrete slabs in front of third car garage door.

If you live in the Omaha, NE metro area and happen to have a 3 car garage, it’s likely that you’ve seen a problem like this on your own driveway.  Settled concrete slabs in front of third car garage door.  Clients call us daily and ask us to lift the concrete slab(s) in front of the 3rd car garage for our clients. It’s amazing how many of them settle and sink over time and therefore need lifting done.  This particular example of concrete settling in this area is somewhat unique.  In most cases it’s the edge of the concrete slab abutting the garage floor that has sunk. It’s likely a combination of two problems causing the concrete to sink.  Poor soil compaction when the home was built is the other likely culprit.  The other is water infiltration beneath the slab that causes these concrete slabs to sink.

Luckily, you can call ConcreteMedic to lift your settled concrete back into place. Not only can we lift your 3rd car garage area back into place, we can lift all kinds of concrete at your home.  When we lift concrete, we use geotechnical expanding poly foam to provide a permanent lifting solution.  We can lift concrete driveways, steps, sidewalks, patios, the list goes on and on. If you have settled concrete anywhere around your home, please don’t hesitate to give us a call, we’d be glad to help. You can reach us at 402-619-6116 or visit our website at myconcretemedic.com.
