Well, it looks like Spring might finally be here this week (though we’re still seeing some snow this week)! Warmer weather means that ConcreteMedic is out in full force repairing concrete driveways.
The services we offer for repairing your concrete include poly foam mudjacking, concrete caulking and grinding. We’re primarily tasked with lifting concrete, but we’re contracted to provide caulking services on many projects as well. There are two common areas on a driveway to need lifting more than others. One is the joint between the driveway and the garage floor. It’s not uncommon for the driveway to sink down at this joint, particularly on the outer edges of the driveway. The other area that we see frequently are the front steps. Front steps are a big issue because of riser height requirements. Both of these areas, if not repaired, can be an issue when the time comes to sell your home. We’re on projects several times a week for clients that are performing the work so they can sell their home. It’s also a good practice to allow us to caulk the joints between the slabs or areas that we’re lifting. Stopping water from causing further settling is important, which is what caulking allows us to do.
If you’re experiencing settling and sinking concrete, don’t hesitate to reach out to us, we’d love to see how we can serve you. We can be contacted at 402-619-6116 or via our website. We look forward to hearing from you!

I see you're using poly for lifting and filling voids which is great. We're doing the same process in Canada and foam is just so much faster, cleaner and easier to work with.
