We’ve had multiple customers call and ask if we’re still able to work in this weather. The short answer is, yes! We have to take some different factors into consideration when lifting in this weather, but until the ground is truly frozen for winter, we’re working.
Here’s an example of some work we did in some chilly weather last week. We were actually providing lifting for three neighbors living in a row. All of the neighbors had sunken concrete sidewalks and walkways and one had a a sunken driveway as well. We were able to fix the sinking concrete problem for all three neighbors in just a few hours. Besides the concrete being repaired, the thing that all three liked best was the fact that they each saved over one thousand dollars over the cost of replacement. All of the sunken concrete sidewalks were down nearly 2″ when we arrived. Two inches is a pretty dangerous drop, as it will (and had) catch a lot of toes and cause tripping. We used our proven geotechnical poly foam to mudjack the concrete panels back into their correct position.
If we can be of help to you, feel free to give us a call at 402-619-6116 or contact us via our website, we’d love to serve you!
