ConcreteMedic is presenting one 5 star review every Friday that focuses on the work we do for our customers while lifting and leveling their settled and sinking concrete.
Should there be a drum roll playing somewhere? Well, maybe we’re asking for a little too much, but it’s important to us anyway and hopefully you’ll enjoy these too. We’re rolling out our Five Star Friday posts today (#fivestarfriday).
Yes, we know, today isn’t Friday (it’s not even Thursday or Saturday for that matter). Even though it’s not Friday, we wanted to get this new initiative onto our website so folks could enjoy these posts. We wanted to share with you, our friends online, what some of our satisfied customers have been saying about our work and our staff. We’re proud to have had the chance to work for these folks. We’re even prouder that they thought so much of the work that we do and the effort that we put into it. Five star fridays will primarily be Google reviews, as they’re the #1 search engine, at least in this universe. We’ll try to spice it up with a Yext, Facebook or Angies List review from time to time as well.
As a company that primarily raises concrete in and around Omaha Nebraska, we enjoy the work we do. That being said, it’s easy to feel a little unappreciated at times (doesn’t everybody?). That’s why it’s so gratifying to receive a 5 star review on Google (or any platform for that matter) from our past customers. This particular project was one where we caulked all the joints on the customers driveway, sidewalk, walkway and patio. We also applied a concrete sealant to all of those surfaces. Not only will the product last for years and years, but it looks really nice as well.
There will be more posts that reference caulking, just like this one. However, a majority of the posts will be in reference to our mudjacking process. Remember, it’s a process that incorporates geotechnical expanding poly foam and 1,000’s of lifts worth of experience. Mostly, the reviews tend to focus, not so much on the product, but the service they received. This is probably the most gratifying aspect for us here at ConcreteMedic.
