Concrete Sidewalk Lifting in Omaha

Have you ever tripped while walking down the sidewalk?  Trip hazards, due to sinking concrete, are a big problem on Omaha sidewalks.  We worked for a client last year who broke her nose and arm while out walking, due to a trip hazard present on a sidewalk.  Unfortunately, trip hazards can also lead to legal troubles if someone is injured on your property.  There is a solution to these problems, one that doesn’t have to include replacement.  ConcreteMedic can lift your concrete back into correct position, removing the threat of trip hazards from your sidewalk.

These problems usually begin with water flowing beneath the concrete sidewalk.  The water would then wash away soil and undermine the concrete.  The concrete would then crack and/or sink once the supporting soil was washed away.  It’s not unusual for us to find large holes (voids) beneath sidewalks where water has washed away massive amounts of soil.  There are certainly scenarios where replacement is the only option.  But, as you can see from this picture, in many cases we can lift the concrete back to it’s original level.  Our poly foam mudjacking process is perfect for situations like this around the Omaha area.

If you live around the Omaha, NE area and need your concrete lifted, caulked or sealed, don’t hesitate to give us a call.  We can be reached at 402-619-6116 or via our website.  You can also check out many of our reviews on Google. Don’t replace your old or sinking concrete, ConcreteMedic can breathe new life into it!
